Two Apache Scout teams have been competing in the Blacktoft Beacon Scout Campcraft Competition all weekend. As well as activities similar to the cub competition yesterday, they have had to camp without leaders all weekend, cooking and caring for themselves and their equipment, as well as completing challenges such as archery, making tin can burners, doing something to impress the DC, pioneering something from bubble wrap, and perform at the campfire, to name a few.
Congratulations to both teams competing, and for finishing in first and third place, with Apache A team retaining their title from last year – fantastic results.
